Twocranks Bicycle Services is Bob Snead, a trained and experienced bicycle mechanic. Bob was the lead mechanic in Franz Bike 'n Hike in Williamsburg VA years ago, after graduating from college. Graduate studies in psychology and software engineering pulled him away from professional bike repair, but didn't separate Bob from his love of cycling. After years as a software engineer and consultant Bob recently returned his focus to is first love, and recently graduated from UBI's Professional Bike Repair and Shop Operations class as a certified bicycle technician.
Bob and his wife Nancy are avid tandem bike riders, which is was the genesis of the name and the logo. Why ride half a bike when it's so much fun to ride a full bike?
